Muhl Sports Training Balls are ideal training aids for developing power hitting strength in the wrist and forearms, crucial for hitting the ball with authority. These giant red orbs teach hitters to drive through the ball using strong hip rotation. At 20 inches and one pound, a Muhl ball forces hitters to be more precise with contact than when using deflated basketballs or volleyballs.
